It has come to our attention that a Korean company by the name of Naerok Resources has been advertising that we at Neopeutics in California have been involved in the development and research of products in their cosmetic line INSbyN.

These advertisements are completely NOT TRUE and have no factual basis.

We ARE NOT involved in the research and development of any products marketed by Naerok Resources under the INSbyN brand name or any other brand names and we ARE NOT responsible for the development of any proprietary “micro-aerophilic fermentation technology” described by Naerok in their statements. In addition, we are NOT responsible for the discovery of any claims of efficacy or action of products marketed under the INSbyN brand, and we have not conducted any scientific research to validate the efficacy or explore the utility of the cosmetic products marketed under the INSbyN brand. Furthermore, we have NOT at any time been involved in the development of cosmetic products for sale on the Korean market.

We hereby wish to dissociate ourselves from any advertisements made around the INSbyN brand and to make it clear to consumers of the brand that we have not done any research validating or affirming the nature of the products being marketed; nor are we able to support any statements made regarding these products. We also wish to make it clear that we are NOT working in partnership with Naerok Resources on the development of the INSbyN brand, and no attributes or, statements made around the INSbyN brand should be associated with Neopeutics, Inc.
